Our Solkiln drying infrastructure emulates the remarkable Lotus flower, an aquatic perennial that is sometimes mistaken for a water lily. The Lotus flower has the ability to adjust the temperature of its blossoms, just as the Ninety PlusSolkiln can maintain desired points of temperature and humidity for drying. Partly because of the high temperatures associated with Solkiln drying, the Lotus SK1 (Solkiln 1) Taste Profile expresses highly magnified aromatic qualities that can range from deep cherry fruit to powerfully perfumed citrus and flowers. Solkiln selections are prepared and hyper controlled in tiny 5 kg batches.
